Jerry Parisi
Founder & Lead Attorney, Parisi Law Firm — Jefferson, GA

A Trial Lawyer Who Treats Clients Like Family
Jerry Parisi is the founding attorney of Parisi Law Firm in Jefferson, Georgia. He is a seasoned trial lawyer who decided to practice personal injury law after seeing the abusive nature of insurance companies firsthand — watching them pressure, delay, and shortchange people at the most vulnerable moments of their lives. He built his firm to be the counterweight: an advocate who fights to get injured clients everything they deserve.
Jerry earned a joint J.D./M.B.A. from Georgia State University in 2015, graduating cum laude, after completing his undergraduate studies in Political Science and International Affairs at the University of Georgia. That business training is a big part of why the firm serves not only injured Georgians but also Northeast Georgia's small businesses and trades — Jerry understands what it takes to run a company, sign the contracts, and chase down the payments that keep it alive.
That connection to the trades started long before law school. During college, Jerry worked for a general contractor — building homes and supervising subcontractors on active jobsites. It's why business and trade clients feel understood the moment they walk in the door: Jerry has been on the job, not just in the courtroom.
He takes on a select number of cases on purpose. That means every client works directly with Jerry — not a paralegal or a case manager — and gets honest answers from day one. And unlike many attorneys who bluff, Jerry is genuinely willing to take a case to trial. Insurance companies and opposing parties know it, and that willingness is often what gives his clients leverage from the very first demand.
Originally from suburban Philadelphia, Jerry has made Northeast Georgia home. When he isn't fighting for clients, he can be found spending time with his wife Ashley and their sons Luke, Enzo, and Owen, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and the Georgia Bulldogs. He is proud to represent the people and businesses of the community he lives in.

$50,000 Offer → $1.3 Million Recovery
An elderly couple came to the firm less than one month before the statute of limitations would run, after trying to settle on their own. Both had significant injuries requiring surgery — yet the insurance company's “top offer” was just $50,000 total. Jerry took the case, filed a lawsuit, litigated it for under a year, and settled it for $1.3 million.
$265,000 Claim → Defense Verdict at Trial
A small-business owner was sued for $265,000 by his own workers' compensation insurer, which alleged he owed back premiums for uninsured subcontractors. Jerry defended the lawsuit for more than two years and took it to a jury trial. The jury found the insurance company was not entitled to a dime.
